I went to Arista because I was in my first trimester of pregnancy and experiencing nausea and extreme fatigue. Her space was warm and welcoming, and I felt instantly at ease. She was confident and knowledgeable (a serious wealth of knowledge), gentle, easy to talk to, and had a great positive attitude. Acupuncture can be one of those things that makes you feel just a little on edge (I really dislike needles). Despite this, Arista made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Also, her work was astounding. I saw her twice during my first trimester, and felt noticeably better both times.
