What to Expect

Your first treatment with Arista will include:

• Your Pulse Intake
  This is Arista's primary diagnostic tool. The 30 minute assessment will give her detailed information regarding every system of your body.

• Acupuncture Treatment
  Your treatment will be directed by your pulse intake. Treatment will include acupuncture & adjunctive therapies (gua sha, cupping, moxabustion), craniosacral therapy, and other bodywork. 

• Chinese Herbal Medicine
  If appropriate, Arista will prescribe one or more custom herbal formulas. 

• Treatment Strategy
  We will discuss the trajectory of your treatment.
